Website issues
Our apologies to customers who may have experienced a loss of service on our website over recent days. Unfortunately, both disks on our dedicated webserver started to fail at the same time. Although a backup was made, the hardware failure caused the backup to become corrupted. In the meantime, we have created a new server and gone back to our second and third levels of backup. The website is now functioning, although we are still recovering some images for stock and articles. We hope that the website will be fully restored within the next week or so. Thank you for your patience during this difficult time!
