Update from Stella & Rose's Books

Firstly, we hope you are keeping safe and well during these very challenging times.

Following government restrictions due to the Covid-19 outbreak our shop is closed to the public BUT - we are still here!!

We are following government guidelines with respect to social distancing and hygiene and continuing to process orders received via the internet to the best of our ability with a reduced staff. We will try and answer phone enquiries but would prefer if you contacted us via email (orders@stellabooks.com).

The office will be closed Saturdays and Sundays until further notice but orders received at the weekend will be dealt with and dispatched promptly on Mondays. This means that no one will be answering the telephone at weekends but we will try to answer email enquiries where we can.

Please note that Royal Mail has suspended delivery to some countries. More information can be found here: https://personal.help.royalmail.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5317/~/international-incident-bulletin. If your country is 'on suspension' you are welcome to order and we will ship as soon as we can.

We will continue to evaluate the situation as time passes and keep you informed of any changes.
