Welcome to the February 2021 newsletter from Stella and Rose's Books. The aim of our newsletter is to keep you informed of new information, articles and books available on our website.
As always, we hope this newsletter finds you and your loved ones fit and well. Everything is ticking along well here. Our renovations continue and we're finally getting our new bookcases installed! (See photo - click for a larger version)
We're taking advantage of this time to get some other maintenance work done. The electricians are in this week re-wiring half of the building, and we hope to have the roofers in early in March to fix our leaky roof once and for all!

Lots of you have taken advantage of our new 'wish list' and 'want' system. If you haven't already, try it out by clicking on the 'add to wish list' button next to any book. We've also added a database of important dates to our website. On the home page, you'll now see a new 'did you know' section mentioning famous people who were born or died on this day in history.
We've recently purchased a nice collection of books on mathematics, and another collection of books about London. Look out for those coming onto our shelves over the next couple of weeks. Folio Society books remain very popular and we have another collection arriving shortly.
Our articles this month come from Joanne and Nicky. Jo takes you on a tour of animal story books, whilst Nicky dives into the famous Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam. Enjoy!
