Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper. A comprehensive treatment of all 54 species of these fascinating birds found in sub-Saharan Africa, the Indian Subcontinent, and throughout southeast Asia and Indonesia to Papua New Guinea. Navy blue cloth boards with gilt title to spine. B/w & colour illustrations. xv and 302 pages.

Bumping to corners - a couple heavily. 'Damaged' ink stamp to book information page in prelims. Some browning to outer page edges. Wrapper is edge-creased with a few chips and nicks; faded to spine; sticker fade mark to front panel.
