Very good condition. 18 colour plates, specially drawn for this edition. Dark green cloth. Gilt titles to spine. Elaborate gilt decoration to front cover. 291 pages.

Top of spine worn with light discolouration to top edge of rear board. Small tear to cloth at front edge of spine. Base of spine bumped to front edge. Front board slightly bowed and tiny nibbles to top edge.. Date stamped to front endpaper. A few foxspots to vertical edge of text block. Light fading to top edge of text block. All plates present. Mark to inner margin of plate facing page 120 and the verso and margin of page 121. Otherwise contents are clean.
