Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. Jennings receives a printing set! Red boards, black title to spine. 256 pages.

Pale foxing to endpapers and text block. Light page browning. Minor marks to boards and light bumping of corners. Pictorial dustwrapper is edge-worn and torn with slight loss at corners.

  • The trouble with Jennings is that he has his own extraordinary way of doing things. Given an Ideal Printing Outfit for his birthday, he hits on a Great Idea - a newspaper called the Third Form Times. And what could be hotter news than a photo of a French fishing boat in the local harbour taken with Jennings' new camera? But Darbishire's French isn't up to much - nor is the fisherman's English. Result: the boys are given a large parcel of fresh fish which they smuggle back to school and which in a moment of desperation Jennings shoves up the irascible Mr. Wilkin's chimney.
