Very good condition in a good dustwrapper. Beige cloth. Not a collection of lovely ladies but a collection of even lovelier dogs! 20 superb full-page sketches depicting models the artists has known in various doggy poses. Wonderful!

Browning and a few dark spots to cover edges. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. Foxing and margin marks to pages (including some plate pages). Wrapper is torn and chipped, with loss to top and tail of spine and corners; a few edges; also grubby with some scuffing and wear.
