Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. The story of how Cornwall, from being the world's premier tin field in 1872, was reduced in half a century almost to extinction by foreign competition. Black cloth boards, gilt title to spine. B/w photos. Endpapers are b/w photos of miners. Top edge black.
Base of spine bumped, text block lightly browned. Small patch of tippex to top of half-title page. Top edge of text block a little dusty. Contents clean. Price-cut dustwrapper is very lightly browned to rear panel.
