  • At a comparatively early age Triffeny decides that she was tired of school and that she would like to finish her education at the London Art School. Her relatives and friends in the quiet Scottish town where she loved were horrified - with one exception: great-aunt Tryphena. She offers Triffeny a job in the family pottery works and here she gradually settles down and is happy. She is fond of her great-aunt, finds an outlet for her artistics abilities in learning to make pottery and rather unexpectedly becomes an asset to the business.
