Almost very good condition. Large oblong format. Cloth spine with pictorial boards. The Mole family decide to leave their underground home and build a lovely new one on the top of the earth. Colour and b/w illustrations. 47 pages.
Bumping and wear to spine and corners. Some browning to spine. Scuffing to cover edges. Grubby marks and some pencil scribble (partially erased) to rear cover. Couple of ink marks to front endpaper. Foxing with a few margin marks to pages internally.
