Slightly better than good condition. Pretty pictorial front cover shows two girls by clock, brown cloth spine. 12 bBeautiful chromolithos of girls from different lands by Brundage plus other b/w illustrations. 10 x 7.5". 97 pages. Edited by Vredenburg. No. 1113.
Spine bumped, stain near centre. Wear to corners and cover edges. Rear cover is slightly scuffed and has some rippling, some small scratches and marks to covers. Front joint starting to crack from bottom, a couple of hinges cracked. Large prize plate to front endpaper awarded for prize in Raphael Tuck and Sons Amateurs Literary and Painting Competition. Some browning to endpapers. Dark brown stain approx. 1.5 x 1" affects 6 pages at end of book, including one illustration. A few other marks to contents but generally they are clean. All plates present.
