White piece of paper inscribed in ink stuck to front pastedown - states "To Marjorie and Vivien with love Elinor M. Brent-Dyer" but not 100% convinced that the signature is genuine?? See picture. Last text page is browned. Rear joint cracked. A few hinges pulled. Contents clean.
