Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. This is the Five's 12th adventure, where they spend the summer at Tremannon Farm, with it's mysterious deserted tower by the sea and the forgotten secret of the Wreckers way. Red boards with black lettering. Blue/black endpapers. B/w and two-tone illustrations throughout. 191 pages.

Foxing to prelims and outer page edges. Couple of page corners have tiny nicks. Wrapper is edge-creased with a few small chips and nicks; 1" tear to one corner.
