Very good condition in a good dustwrapper. Dark blue textured boards, white titles. Blue pictorial endpapers. Colour frontis. Red and black illustrations plus b/w line drawings. 192 pages.
Light wear to spine, with a bit of fading. Titles on spine very slightly rubbed. A few minute foxspots to prelims. Name on verso of frontis. Contents near fine. Pictorial wrapper (with George looking through the wrong end of the telescope!) is chipped at edges with loss to top and tail of spine and top edge of rear, creased at front and a faint damp mark to rear fold. A colour photocopy wrapper has been put beneath original, so that it looks more complete.
