Very good condition in a fair dustwrapper. Blue boards, red titles and vignette to front. B/w illustrations. 182 pages. Being the Thirteenth Adventure of the Five Find-Outers and Dog.

Small bump to bottom edge of front cover. Some browning to spine, worst at top and bottom edges. Lower front corner also browned. Some foxing, mainly to endapers, prelims and text block. Contents otherwise clean. Front flap of dustwrapper almost detached, some loss from ends of spine and folds. Tears causing flaps to top and bottom of spine. Creasing to edges. Scribble to front panel.

  • What a curious mystery it is - what a lot of strange things are mixed up in it! A Conference about Beetles - a flea circus - a caravan camp- a fair - a dirty old tramp! Mr. Goon, the village policeman is hot on the scent of the Missing Man. Who is he? Where is he? Fatty is there with the other four Find-Outers and Buster, his Scottie. So many clues that all add up to nothing so that Fatty almost gives up in despair.
