Almost very good condition in a good dustwrapper. Brown boards with cloth spine and gilt titles. First story 'The Naughty Little Blacksmith'. Colour plates plus two-tone text illustrations.

Spine and corners bumped, edges slightly rubbed. Covers unevenly sunned. Inscription in ink to half-title page. Endpapers lightly browned. Contents clean. Dustwrapper is edge worn with tape repairs on folds and top and tail of spine, small patch of surface paper damage to centre of front panel.
