Nearly fine condition in a very good dustwrapper. The author takes his readers into the cockpits of some rare and unusual aircraft as well as some well-known ones he has flown during the period 1938-1950. Red boards, gilt title to spine. B/w photos.
Rubber ink stamp of aircraft to front pastedown. Very light browning to a couple of cover edges. Wrapper is edge-creased with a little fading to spine; a few marks.
