Almost very good condition. Brick-red cloth, gilt decorations. 41 tales. 16 colour plates plus numerous b/w text illustrations. 316 pages. 8.25 x 6".
Spine and corners bumped and worn. Spine faded, small nicks to cloth at ends, tiny white spot near centre. Some marks to covers including white marks to edge of front cover. A few hinges cracked. Browning to endpapers and blank pages in prelims. Light foxing and an odd mark to contents. All plates present but one is detached with a slightly ragged edge.
