Very good condition in a good dustwrapper. The story of the famous West Country Division which captured Mont Picon, the key to Normandy, forced the crossing of the Seine, were the first British troops to fight in Germany, and turned the tide in the Reichswald thus enabling the Allies to close with the Rhine. Blue cloth boards, gilt titles. B/w photos and folding maps.
Boards browned at top and tail, corners bumped. Endpapers and text block browned. A few corner creases to prelims. Map 8 & 9 creased vertically and edge-worn (not affecting map). All maps present. Minor mark to top of contents page else contents clean. Dustwrapper is heavily worn at edges with some loss and a few marks, dustwrapper is browned.
