Poor condition. Dark blue cloth covers with gilt titles and blind decoration, oval onlay of girl in red coat to front. 11 colour plates, b/w illustrations throughout. 264 pages.
Spine and corners bumped and worn. Marks to covers including white cup ring to rear cover. Title page and contents pages detached. 3 plates are MISSING. A couple of other pages are partially detached, some loss to page edges. Numerous pencil writings/marks to pages, mostly in margins. Surface paper damage and correction fluid to title page. Hinges cracked so binding feels weak. Contents browned. A reading copy.
