Good condition. Minda, with her colt Crescent, joins a Pony Club. One of the other members is jealous of her and tries to keep her out of the Area Competitions. Green cloth, gilt title to spine. 188 pages. 6 b/w illustrations.

Covers are worn, faded to spine and edges and marked. Front joint is glue repaired, rear joint cracked. Endpapers, page margins and text block are grubby. One hinge is cracked. A reading copy only.

  • This is the story of Minda Budge, who, with her colt Crescent, joins a Pony Club started by three children, and proves to be easily the best rider among them. Unfortunately another young member of the Club, Jill, is jealous of Minda and when she is chosen to represent the Club in the Area Competitions, Jill tries to keep Minda and Crescent out of the event.
