The detailed tables, maps, figures and bibliography indicate the depth of research in this study.
Spine slightly bumped, corners slightly rubbed. Pages lightly browned. Wrapper is slightly browned, has tapemarks on verso, is rubbed at top corners with neat repair at top of spine.
