On a summer's holiday Cecile, the little french girl, flew to Paris to visit her aunt.
Aboard the aeroplane were Cecile, her parents and five pieces of luggage. But there ought to have been a sixth, Cecile's very own pet Guinea Pig, Jean-Pierre, whom she had bought with her oen money and loved best in the world next to her parents. Jean-Pierre was in a special box with a window in it, all securely labelled for Paris with directions and instructions.
Therewith began one of the most amazing and exciting adventures ever know to have happened in the recorded history of Guinea PIgs.
