Slightly better than good condition. Three sisters start a riding school to avoid parting from their beloved horses which they can no longer afford to keep for pleasure. Grey cloth, Black title to spine. 8 b/w plates plus some b/w illustrations. 216 pages.
Spine and corners bumped and rubbed. Covers are grubby. Book leans a little to one side. Front and rear joints cracked. It is possible that the free-endpapers (front and rear) are missing. Name to front pastedown. Browning to half title page, which also has old tape marks, and last page of text. 2 plates are partially detached. Couple of hinges are cracked. A little foxing otherwise contents are clean.
