A Trilogy With A Prelude By Richard Wagner. 2 Volumes in 1: The Rhinegold and The Valkerie; Siegfried and the Twilight of the Gods, originally published in 1910 and 1911. 48 dramatic colour plates and b/w decorations. Blue cloth, black titles. Green/white pictorial endpapers. Large format.
Spine and corners are bumped and worn. A few small marks to covers; splash mark to front cover. Some foxing. All plates present. Remains of wrapper - but in pieces and creased and torn.
