Almost very good condition. A Tale of the Sea and The Rockies. Blue cloth covers with multi-coloured trees and flowers. Gilt title blocks. 5 b/w plates and illustrated title page. 423 pages plus book list.
Spine bumped, slightly worn with light vertical creases, also darkened. Corners bumped and worn. Covers slightly grubby. Both joints partially cracked. A couple of hinges cracked, binding still firm. Two small edge tears to front endpaper. Foxing, mainly to text block. Just an odd mark to contents.
