Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper. The first New Naturalist Monograph on a single species of bird. 11 b/w photographs taken by the author. Learned bibliography supports this splendid study. 26 paintings by Edward Bradbury. 4 line drawings and 4 maps. Green cloth, gilt title to spine.
Boards unevenly faded, minor foxing to endpapers, text block browned else contents clean. Pictorial wrapper is NOT price-cut, has some foxing and is browned and stained to spine.
