Documenting the history of Britain until 1363, one of the few early chronicles written by a layman. Limited edition of 95. White vellum spine with gilt title, Red cloth boards with gilt vignette to front. Handmade paper, deckle-edged. Top edge gilt. 18 colour plates of heraldic shields with tissue guards.
This is copy 33 of 95. Boards & spine mottled. Bookplate to front pastedown. A few foxspots present. All plates present minus three tissue-guards.
