THE DOG WHO WASN'T WHAT HE THOUGHT HE WAS
Illustrated by Cecil Aldin
Published by Raphael Tuck & Sons Ltd.. 1st. 1914
Very good condition. Extracts from the diary of a Mongrelian named Gibus, so-called, says his master, because his face reminds him of his opera hat when it is shut up! Large format. Light brown pictorial cloth. Delightful and amusing colour plates plus a few b/w text illustrations.
Spine and corner slightly bumped. A few light marks to covers, hardly noticeable. Endpapers browned. Front endpaper and two pages have small closed margin tears. A couple of light margin marks else contents bright and clean. A very nice copy indeed.
