Almost very good condition. Dark green cloth. Gilt titles and vignette to front cover. Pictorial endpapers. 8 superb colour plates, and b/w text illustrations, full of goblins and wonderful Rackhamesque trees! 102 pages.
Spine and corners bumped and slightly rubbed. Some light rubbing to front cover and a few small indentations to rear cover. Rear joint and a couple of hinges starting to crack. Inscription in black ink to verso of front endpaper has been neatly crossed through with blue ink, name in tiny writing to rear pastedown. 1.25" tear to bottom edge of frontis alongside spine. Some grubby fingermarks/marks to page margins and some very pale foxing. Contents generally clean.
