Almost very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper. The adventures of Biggles & co. on a world-wide cruise of scientific investigation. Green boards, silver title to spine. B/w illustrations. 157 pages.

A few tiny bumps to bottom edges of covers. Fading to spine and cover edges. Dark mark to rear cover. Ink inscription to front endpaper. Browning to endpapers. Some foxing, mainly to text block. Price-cut dustwrapper is edge worn with a few small tears and slight loss to bottom edge of front panel. Spine slightly darkened and rear panel grubby.

  • A series of short stories about Biggles and the team's venture into the charter business. Recounted to Biggles 666 Squadron during WWII, but set between the wars, we meet Dr Augustus Duck and adventures with 5 foot crabs, crocodiles, dodos, and Crusaders.
