Slightly better than good condition. Pyramid edition. Blue cloth, black titles and sketch of plane gliding over pyramids & palm trees. Colour frontis and 7 b/w illustrations. 256 pages.

Spine and corners bumped and worn. 3" split in cloth at rear of spine. Corners browned. Covers marked and grubby. Name in pencil and part of an address in ink to front endpaper plus a few small scratch marks and dents. Rear joint cracked just before last chapter. A few hinges also cracked. Foxing throughout.
