Cream cloth covers with gilt titles and vignettes to spine and front cover. 11 x 8.75". Beige illustrated endpapers. 9 poems. 24 colour plates. B/w illustrations surround text. 63 pages. A little bumping and wear to spine and corners. Light bump to outside edge of front cover. Spine very slightly browned. Covers grubby. Large, neat ink inscription to prelims. Endpapers browned. A couple of hinges starting to crack but binding is firm. Light foxing to contents and just an odd mark. All plates present. A nice copy.

A collection of lovely fairy stories. Grey cloth covers, red titles to spine. 7.5 x 5". B/w illustrations. 60 pages. Minimal bumping to spine and corners. Crease to cloth at top corner of front cover with pinhole. Some faint marks to covers. Heavy erased pencil lines to front endpapers, half-title page, page 15 and one line to title page. Small part of line on half-title has torn paper which has been repaired on both side with clear tape. Just an odd mark and some foxing otherwise. Dustwrapper is edge worn and chipped with a little loss from base of spine. Grubby with a couple of light stains, foxed on verso. Surface paper damage from label removal on front panel.

Blue cloth with dark blue title to spine and vignette to front, 7.5 x 5". 4 pretty colour plates featuring fairies. 64 pages. Spine bumped and faded. Light bumping and wear to corners. Stain to centre of front cover, possibly cup stain. Covers grubby with a few small marks and some browning/fading to edges. Tiny nick to bottom edge of front cover. Top of front joint starting to crack, 3 hinges cracked. Endpapers browned. A few fingermarks and some light foxing to contents but generally they are clean. All plates present.

The Bunnykin Books series. Light brown boards with colour onlay to front and brown cloth to spine, 8 x 6". 8 gorgeous colour plates, most of fairies, some reminiscent of the flower fairies of Cicely Mary Barker. 56 pages. A little bumping and wear to spine. Corners bumped and a couple of small bumps to cover edges. A couple of tiny marks to covers. Belongs to box on both endpapers completed in pen with inscription. Browning to endpapers. One hinge starting to crack. A few fingermarks/marks and odd fox spot to contents. Very small tear to bottom of one plate alongside spine, 1/4", crease alongside. All plates present. Dustwrapper is worn, torn and creased with some loss, extensive repairs on verso. Front flap possibly been detached at some point. Also a bit grubby with surface paper damage.

Spine and corners bumped. Slight rubbing to cover edges. Prize plate to front endpaper. Light foxing and page browning to contents which are otherwise clean. Also includes a prospectus for "The Troubles of a Gnome" by Zofja Kossak Szczucka (illustrated by Folkard). Scarce original dustwrapper is edge worn and creased with slight loss and a bit grubby/foxed.

Large format. Spine and corners bumped and slightly rubbed. A few very light marks to covers. Endpapers lightly browned. Front joint is cracked as are a couple of hinges. Small piece of surface paper damage to page 100 and verso of plate where possibly pages were lightly stuck together. Foxing throughout else contents clean. This copy would make a wonderful gift.

Very large format - 18 x 14". Red spine, pictorial boards. Gorgeous colour pictures of fairies plus colour decorations surrounding text. Due to the size of this book, if posted, it will need to be sent via courier and may incur extra shipping costs. Corners are worn, with a little chipping to a couple. Tiny spots of surface paper damage to first page. Page edges are browned. Odd margin mark. Pictorial wrapper has been stregthened to edges with 2" wide sticky tape. A few closed tears to wrapper, which is grubby and edge-worn, but complete because of tape repair. Illustrations are beautifully bright.

A Panorama Picture Book of Fairy Stories. Nister book 633. Six stunning three-dimensional stand-up scenes. Large oblong format. Green cloth spine, colour pictorial paper boards. Front cover shows the Babes in the Wood riding on a leaf in the air harnessed to a pair of robins. Green/white floral endpapers. Spine has been rebacked with red cloth. Corners and cover edges are worn. There is some scuffing to the covers. Front free-endpaper is missing. Inscription in ink to top margin of title-page. One page has a large closed tear which has been neatly repaired. From the pop-up scenes there are some flowers missing at the top of the fairy's oar (in the swan picture) and the giant is missing from behind Jack (in the Jack and the Giant picture) otherwise the pop-ups are complete, bright and in excellent working order. The text pages are well fingered and thus a little grubby. A decent copy of a scarce pop-up book.
