Not published in facsimile form as some of the content was considered politically incorrect. Top 1" of spine is MISSING; some tape repair. Larger piece of loss to base of spine (2-3"). Corners are bumped, with some chipping. NOT price-cut. Belongs to box has name erased. Some foxing/damp marking, especially to bottom page margins. Cinema strip is MISSING!
