Grey cloth, silver title to spine and blind title to front. 176 pages. ISBN: 0385266510. Front hinge pulled to top half between free front endpaper and half-title page. Very faint browning to page margins. Otherwise a fine copy. Dustwrapper is browned at spine.

Large format. This set was produced to go along with the 'Japan Festival' held in 1991. The exhibition took place at The Victoria and Albert Museum. there are 3 items in card case. First is a text volume, second is concertina style photographic album. Lastly in another slip-case and card cover is 'scrapbook', with a captions leaflet to accompany it. One volume (text) has some wear to edges and spine - otherwise rest are nearly fine. Slip-case has some edge-wear.

Large format. Brown leather binding with gilt decoration, raised bands to spine. Gilt page edges. With 418 illustrations engraved by A. Closs. 487 pages. Some scuffs to leather at corners and edges, and a chip to leather towards top right corner of front board, and smaller chip at bottom of rear board. Leather on rear board is stained. Binding firm. Pressed flowers and foliage taped to front endpaper, with inscriptions. Endpapers foxed, some scattered foxing throughout contents, mainly to page margins. Engravings are generally clean and bright. A handsome volume.
