Blue leather binding, gilt title to spine, vignette to front. All edges gilt. Marbled endpapers. Colour illustrations with facing text. End of volume is Flint's engravings. ISBN: 0951154818. Spine is very slightly discoloured/faded. This is copy 334 of 500 De-Luxe copies. Contained in blue cloth slipcase with blue signature label to one side, case is a little rubbed at corners and some glue which holds the cloth to the spineis starting to dry out.

SIGNED by John Greenaway and number 275 (?) of 500. Some minor foxing and age related marks presnt. All plates present. Plate on page 88 has a repaired closed tear which does not affect the actual illustration. Plate and tissue guard facing page 166 is creased at edges with a few tiny closed tears.

Binding of first few pages weak and will possibly disintegrate further so that the pages are loose. Binding glue drying out and thus a few weak spots. A few foxspots throughout. All plates present and clean.
