Almost very good condition. Beige cloth. Not a collection of lovely ladies but a collection of even lovelier dogs! 20 superb full-page sketches depicting models the artists has known in various doggy poses. Wonderful!

Bumping to corners. Spine is browned. Small tear in cloth near base of spine. Damp mark across top edge of rear cover. Inscriptions in ink to front pastedown and endpaper. Foxing throughout. Edge creasing to a couple of plates. One plate has been torn out, with jagged edge and taped back in with sticky tape.
