Very good condition in a good dustwrapper. Jane's mother kept a secondhand shop. Some of the form decided that this must not be held against Jane, but not everyone in the school agreed with them. Red boards, gilt title to spine. B/w illustrations. 192 pages.

Spine and board edges bumped, some darkening at edges. Endpapers browned. price-cut wrapper is edge chipped with areas of loss, especially to top of front panel and spine.
