Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper.
First of the three Chudleigh Hold books by the author of the Chalet School series. Blue boards. B/w frontis illustration. 204 pages. 7.5 x 5". Spine and corners bumped. Name in ink to top of front pastedown. Page browning throughout. Couple of margin marks else contents are clean. Dustwrapper is edge worn with a few small tears, Crease to top of front panel. Rear panel is a little grubby.

Foxing to covers and spine very slightly faded. Front free-endpaper missing (including frontis illustration). Small brown mark to top margin of title-page. Page browning throughout. Dustwrapper is edge chipped with slight loss, small mark to centre of front panel, price-cut with new price above in ink (3/6).
