Almost very good condition in a good dustwrapper. Blue cloth, dark blue titles. Colour frontis. B/w illustrations. 236 pages plus 4 page book list.

White marks to rear board. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. Foxing mainly to prelims and text block. Dustwrapper is edge-worn and torn with loss and also grubby.

  • Although Bunter was not noted for his cycling prowess, it was a fact that he needed a new bicycle as his old one had not been repaired by any other Removite, though he had mentioned the matter more than once. There was the difficulty of finding the purchase money but eventually Bunter evolved the scheme of ordering the boke and sending the bill to his father. Unfortunately his father did not approve and the bill rebounded. Bunter then frantically tried to find a way of paying Parker's cycles. This included entering for the Latin prize and following the sport of kings.
