Almost very good condition. Large oblong format. Black cloth spine, white pictorial front board. Delightful colour and b/w illustrations featuring fairies. The Green Fiddler is a cricket.
Bumping and wear to spine and corners. Some scuffing to cover edges. Grubby marks with some erased pencil marks to covers. Title page has small margin tear and is browned, with a little foxing. Colour illustrations are in beautiful condition - nice and bright, just a few foxspots to page margins. Last page (which is a plate page) has a large repaired tear.
