Very good condition. Country and people, tales and songs. Originally written in German and published in 1858 the work was translated and first published in English in 1985 by Linnard. Red glazed pictorial boards. B/w illustrations.

SIGNED by the translator to front free-endpaper. Spine is faded. Spine and corners slightly bumped. Contents are browned but otherwise clean.
