Mrs Thornton acquires an old house in which Dion finds a diary of a boy telling the story of the Black Hunting Whip. Green cloth, gilt title to spine. B/w illustrations. 256 pages. Spine is very browned. Rest of covers have uneven fading to edges and other marks. Bumping to corners. Names in ink to front endpaper. Foxing to outer page edges. A few margin marks/stains.
