This volume picks up the story in May 1965 after Tri-ang Railways changed its name to Tri-ang Hornby in order to placate the public following Lines Bros. Ltd decision that the rival Hornby-Dublo system would not be reintroduced. Seven exciting years of development which saw expansion of the range both in the UK and abroad and includes the models made for the American and Canadian markets, the Battle Space series and the origins of Tri-ang Wrenn. Large oblong format. Red boards, gilt titles. Colour photos. 519 pages including index. ISBN: 1872727581. Reprint. Slight lean to spine and very slight grubbiness to text block else a lovely copy. Pictorial dustwrapper is lightly faded to spine with a minor crease across top.
