In the autumn of 1967 a Costa Rican airliner encountered turbulence, as a result of which two people were killed (the aeroplane afterwards continued to fly). This book looks into the causes of 'avoidable' crashes. ISBN: 0218515189. Browning and foxing to covers. Bumping to top of spine. Inscription in ink to front endpaper.
