Contained in a nearly very good cardboard box, which has 1" split to one edge and some other marks and scuffs; some creasing.

Spine appears to have been repaired (maybe reglued) to base of spine; original splits show, with some fading. Corners are bumped. Fading to cover edges. Light foxing to endpapers and outer page edges. A few page margin marks. Wrapper is edge-torn and chipped, with 1-2" MISSING to base of spine; smaller piece of loss along top edge of rear panel.
