Facsimile of the 1919 edition. Large oblong format. B/w photos. ISBN: 0715346474. Some spotting to covers. Name in ink to front endpaper. First few pages (prelims) have vertical creasing to pages. Foxing to outer page edges. Wrapper is price-cut with chipping and loss of laminate; a few small tears and nicks of loss.
