Foxing to endpapers and textblock. Dustwrapper is edge worn and creased with minimal loss and small tear to top edge of rear panel.

Red cloth, black title to spine. B/w illustrations. Cheap edition. Spine and corners very slightly bumped. Cover edges very slightly rubbed. Some light foxing. A small margin tear to one page. Contents clean. Second Impression dustwrapper is edge creased and torn, spine is slightly grubby. Wrapper is generally complete (very minimal loss at spine and corners). A nice copy of the cheap edition published in same year as the first edition.
