A circus in the town; and Susan and Bill had tickets for it! Red boards with black titles and vignette to front cover. Colour frontis + b/w illustrations. Spine and corners slightly bumped, a couple of small dents to top edge of front cover. A few light spots to covers. Child's name and address written in red ink to verso of frontis (and a felt-tip green underscore line). Some foxing to textblock and a couple of page margins lightly marked.

Red boards, black titles and vignette. 117 pages. Colour frontis and 6 b/w illustrations. Reprint in same year as first edition. Spine bumped. Prize plate to front pastedown. Foxing to endpapers, textblock and page margins. Price-cut wrapper is edge worn and grubby with quite a bit of loss to spine and edges.
