Nearly fine condition in a nearly fine dustwrapper.

Green cloth boards, gilt title to spine. Colour photos. xi and 594 pages including index. ISBN: 0002201526. Very minor grubbiness to text block (barely visible) else a lovely copy! Pictorial dustwrapper is slightly grubby at edges (scuffing) and is NOT faded to spine (as is often the case).
